VBPL 2.0 Thoughts on Web 2.0 and Library 2.0 (found by searching blog posts on technorati)
discusses a drop over the years in circulation at the writer's library and reasons behind (new technology). Also the idea that 2.0 is not so new-the internet's always been about sharing-this just kicks it up notch possibly.
While searching libraries 2.0 i found Libraries as space 2.0 ... and early indicators of social IT trends in which the writer discusses how libraries have evolved like the internet and social networking sites to be more social gathering spots.
All of these ideas are positive ones for the library world i believe
